Meet the team

Erin grew up outside of Boston with a mother who had a flair for design and interiors. Erin loved tagging along to antique shops, helping with tablescapes, and poring over house plans from a young age.  After maintaining a successful law practice specializing in divorce and family mediation for over fifteen years, flipping two of her own houses, and helping numerous friends and family with their design projects, Erin decided to leave her law practice behind and founded EWP Interiors.  

Erin's designs are influenced by her New England roots and love of mixing old and new.  She is skilled at taking clients' ideas and turning them into beautiful, functional realities. She sets the overall creative vision for all projects and ensures every project reflects the studio's aesthetic and standards. Erin loves what she does and brings this passion and creativity to all of her work. 

Erin lives in Belmont, Massachusetts with her two daughters, husband, and cream golden retriever Penny.  When she isn't designing you will find her shopping at estate sales, painting furniture (nothing is safe), reading, and coaching field hockey.  

 Jen grew up in the Philadelphia area but has been a New Englander for over 20 years now.  She worked for a commercial interior design firm for a couple years after college, decided to go into elementary education, then wrote a successful design blog for ten years before deciding to pursue working for a residential interior design studio. 

At EWP Interiors, Jen helps Erin with large-scale projects and acts as lead designer on the studio's smaller projects. She develops and manages all floorplans and renderings. Jen also takes photos of completed projects, produces social media content, and writes the monthly newsletter.  

Jen lives in Concord, Massachusetts with her husband, two teenage daughters, and fourteen pound Havanese Ruby.  In her free time she watches thousands of hours of high school sports, plays Mahjong, putters around in her vegetable garden, cooks tasty things, and still bleeds green as an Eagles fan.

Christina grew up in a small town just outside Boston, moved to Connecticut for high school, and then returned to Boston for college. Her career began in investment-management firms, where she built expertise in client service, marketing, and branding. Over time, she discovered a passion for helping small businesses streamline operations, boost efficiency, and increase productivity.

At EWP Interiors, Christina leads all purchasing, vendor coordination, and product flow. She also manages finacial execution and tracking of client billing, all of which frees the design team to stay focused on design work and client relationships. 

Christina lives in Winchester, Massachusetts with her husband and their two sons. When she isn’t cheering on the sidelines of a sports field or squeezing in a pilates class, you’ll probably find her happily reorganizing a closet.

 For Sarah, paint swatches and real estate listings formed the backdrop of a childhood on the move. Growing up in a military family, she lived in eight houses, six states, and two countries by the time she graduated high school. Moving so often gave her a deep appreciation for the magic ingredients that turn a house into a home, and she developed a knack for creating personal, layered spaces that provide an immediate sense of rootedness. After putting those skills to work for friends navigating design decisions and her own renovation projects over the years, Sarah decided it was time to trade a fulfilling career in publishing for the world of interior design. 

At EWP Interiors, she supports the team across all phases of the design process, from drafting initial concepts and sourcing the perfect pieces to putting the final styling touches on a room, as well as managing and overseeing the sample library.

Sarah lives in Belmont, Massachusetts with her husband and two children in a 100-year-old house that is always..."evolving." When she isn't at the studio, you can find her hosting friends, thrifting, or puttering around in her English cottage-style garden.
